Each new weekly menu is posted in our online shopping cart, allowing you to choose each item individually to mix and match in as many quantities as you’d like. Our menus feature organic and local ingredient-based dinners, sides, and condiments including fermented products like sauerkraut.
Each of these is available a-la-carte. Mix and match to suit your needs. Each meal is fresh and comes with storage and heating instructions. Some meals may be eaten later in the week or frozen, and some will be recommended to eat within two days.
All of our ingredients are organic unless noted otherwise, with local producers highlighted.
This service is great for busy people who want to eat healthier and more locally but don’t have the time or energy to cook. We always have options for families with special dietary needs including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and GAPS/ SCD- friendly, and raw and Paleo options. Both Susanna and Chelsea have attended nutrition schools and regularly work with folks with specific diets as well eat according to different diets as well.
